What does Aja & Aji mean?
In the Newari community, we say ‘Aja’ for Grandpa and ‘Aji’ for Grandma – words full of warmth, wisdom, and familial love. This inspired to create something special, something that cares for you like family. That’s how Magic Drops, our copper and brass cleaner, came to life.

Real story behind the Magic Drops creation
The problem
The journey of Magic Drops began when our founder’s grandma shared a concern that the popular copper cleaner/polisher in India, Pitambari, was making her hands rough. Even though it worked well, using it daily for cleaning her puja utensils took a toll on her hands. When our founder suggested natural alternatives like lemon, the response was a simple truth – it wasn’t as effective
The Solution
So, our founder decided to create something that would clean effectively without harming hands. She did research and found a key ingredient – Citric Acid, natural and organic. During her research, her findings revealed that many copper cleaners, containing polishes for shining, rendered utensils unsuitable for food. This raised concerns, especially for those offering “Prasad” in puja utensils. Committed to holistic well-being, Magic Drops was created to fill these gaps.
